No. You pay only after you have selected a right-fit consultant after our free trial period.

At the commencement of our engagement, you are able to to take advantage of a risk-free 30 day trial period. This allows time for you to assess and ensure that our partnership is working well. At the conclusion of this trial, there is no requirement to make a payment, regardless of your decision.

Our consultants are in India, and work remotely. 

In only a handful of cases have our client-partners felt it necessary to recruit a TeamEpic consultant for on-site work. We are able to organize the consultant’s travel arrangements upon request, but you must cover all associated costs.

We strive to provide our client-partners with the most outstanding talent. To do this, we take up to four (4) weeks to rigorously vet each potential candidate before adding them to our talent pool. Although it’s essential to act quickly and meet your requests, quality always outweighs speed - thus, no matter how impressive an engineer may appear to us, they’ll never be recommended until we’re fully confident in their abilities.

Yes. You can choose to do so right at the start, or after a minimum of three (3) monthly contracts.

You, our client-partner, are our greatest business focus. TeamEpic is dedicated to connecting highly regarded Indian talent with the companies looking to partner with them and not to procure any intellectual property rights. Our Contracts and NDAs assure that any work accomplished by a TeamEpic consultant belongs solely to you and not us.

TeamEpic enters into a talent agreement with each team member employed with us. This arrangement grants us exclusive ownership of the work created by the consultant you collaborate with. We will then provide the intellectual property to you under our client-partner agreement. Through this straightforward process, we have seen that it is beneficial to our client-partners. In the event that you would like direct IP transfer from our consultant, we will work with you to fulfil your requirements.

For contractual and full-time hires alike, invoices with Net 15 terms are generated for client-partners to critique the fees before payment is made.
Rates start at $2,000 per consultant per month for contractual and $8,000 one-time for direct hires.
